Personal data on this website is processed by Carbono Tecnologia, Grupo Dangel's technology company, headquartered at Rua José Vedovatto, 2010, Sala 1, Jardim Bom Retiro, Sumaré/SP, CEP 13181-680, acting as data controller, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law, known as LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).

We process data based on the execution of preliminary procedures for an employment contract, at the data subject's request (art. 7º, V), on the group's legitimate interest in responding to contacts and maintaining the talent pool (art. 7º, IX), and in compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7º, II).
We don't sell or rent personal data.
Some vendors may store or process data on servers outside Brazil. In those cases, we require protection guarantees compatible with the LGPD.
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above: during the hiring process and while your profile is in the talent pool. You can request deletion at any time, except where the law requires us to keep it.
You can ask, at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about data sharing and withdrawal of consent (art. 18 of the LGPD). Just write to [email protected].
You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access control on the systems where data is stored. No system is fully immune to incidents; if one affects your data, we will notify you and the ANPD as required by law.
